Derby County 2-3 Shrewsbury Town
Derby County were knocked out in the first round of the Carling Cup 1st round for the third season running last night.
Shrewsbury were rampant in the first half scoring 3 goals meaning Derby were booed off at half time.
Chris Maguire scored a debut goal after 19 seconds of the restart. Theo Robinson scored a late goal to make it 3-2 to Shrewsbury but ultimatley The Shrews held on.
Derby's preformance was no where near the standard of Saturday's preformance. The Rams looked poor all over the pitch especially in midfield, on the other hand Shrewsbury played really well and thoroughly deserved the win.
