Leacock set to be Released

Sky Sports understand that Derby are set to hand Dean Leacock a free transfer.

Leacock currently has one year left on his contract and is out of Nigel Clough's plans.

Nigel Clough would be prepared to allow Leacock to move to free up some much needed funds to buy a striker.

The Rams have been heavily linked with Leicester striker Martyn Waghorn all summer, but they could be beaten to his signature by Hull.
